Cancel your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time, without giving a reason, directly. Submitting your cancellation before the next renewal stops any further charge immediately; your account stays active until the end of the cycle you have already paid for.

1. Self-service cancellation (fastest)

Payments are handled by Paddle (Merchant of Record). You can cancel your subscription through the Paddle customer portal, and you will find a direct link to it in the payment confirmation e-mail Paddle sent you (“Manage your subscription”). One click there cancels it.

2. Cancel without logging in — request form

If you don’t have the Paddle link to hand, you can submit your cancellation here as well. Fill in the fields and send it with the “Send cancellation” button; we record the cancellation and confirm it by e-mail.

The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; the fee for the ongoing period you have already paid for is not refunded, except for the cases set out in our Refund Policy. Questions? info@tuzkempro.hu.
