2. General provisions
These Terms of Service (hereinafter: Terms) govern the use of Tuzkempro, a cloud-based digital service for on-site inspections and report generation (hereinafter: the Service). By using the Service, the User accepts the provisions of these Terms.
3. Scope of the Service
Tuzkempro is a cloud-based application that lets the User document site inspections, checks, surveys and audits across any professional field: manage clients, sites and site inspections, produce photo-supported reports in PDF and Word format, and keep track of documents, equipment and certifications in client files with expiry tracking. Professional judgement always remains the responsibility of the User; the Service supports documentation and record-keeping.
4. User obligations
- Provide accurate and truthful information when registering.
- Keep the login password secure and not share it with any third party.
- Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, and not infringe the rights of third parties through it.
- Act as an independent data controller with regard to the processing of their own clients' data (the Service Provider acts as a data processor).
5. Liability
The Service Provider makes every effort to keep the Service running continuously and free of errors; however, given the nature of cloud-based services, it accepts no liability for damages arising from any downtime or malfunction of the Service, or from the loss of user data caused by a third party. This limitation of liability applies within the framework of the applicable laws.
6. Plans and pricing
The Service is available in monthly subscription plans with different feature and user allocations. List prices are stated in euros; the final amount payable and the applicable value added tax (VAT) are displayed at checkout by the payment provider (Paddle), based on the buyer's country and tax status.
- Basic: 1 user – 39 € / month
- Solo: 1 user, AI-assisted legal reference suggestions – 79 € / month
- Team: 5 users – 149 € / month
- Pro: 10 users – 289 € / month
- Enterprise: unlimited users, based on individual contractual terms and a custom quote.
Every plan allows the management of an unlimited number of clients (multi-client). The Service Provider reserves the right to change prices; for existing subscribers, any price change takes effect only from the next billing cycle, following prior notice (of at least 30 days).
7. Free trial
The User may take advantage of a 7 (seven) day free trial, without entering any payment card details. At the end of the trial, the User may choose to switch to a paid subscription. If the User does not switch to a paid plan, the account becomes inactive; the data entered earlier is retained until the end of the data retention period (see the Privacy Policy), and the account can be reactivated at any time by choosing a paid plan.
8. Payment method – Paddle (Merchant of Record)
Payment for Tuzkempro's international subscriptions is provided by Paddle.com Market Limited (registered office: Judd House, 18–29 Mora Street, London EC1V 8BT, United Kingdom), which acts as the Merchant of Record (registered merchant and reseller) in the transaction.
- Payment takes place on Paddle's secure payment interface. Payment card details are NOT stored on Tuzkempro's servers — they are handled exclusively by Paddle; the Service Provider has no access to the full card number or the security code.
- Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, the charge appears on the buyer's bank statement under the name "Paddle" (or "Paddle.net / Paddle * Tuzkempro").
- The purchase is also governed by Paddle's prevailing Buyer Terms.
- The subscription renews automatically each month. Paddle charges the fee for the next period using the payment method on file at every cycle, until the User cancels the subscription. Before renewal, Paddle sends a billing/reminder notification.
9. Invoicing and VAT
Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, the end-user invoice is issued by Paddle, and Paddle handles the applicable value added tax (VAT), including the reverse charge mechanism between businesses within the EU that hold a valid EU VAT number (B2B), based on the VIES check. The invoice is available to the User at checkout and within the Paddle system.
10. Cancellation
The User may cancel the subscription at any time (within the account, or via the management interface referenced in the confirmation sent by Paddle). After cancellation, the next cycle will not be charged, the account remains active until the end of the cycle already paid for, and the fee already paid is non-refundable — except in the cases set out in the Refund Policy. At the end of the cycle the account becomes inactive; reactivation is possible at any time with a new subscription.
11. Right of withdrawal
The Service is a digital service made immediately accessible and not supplied on a tangible medium. Under the applicable consumer protection law, by giving express consent to begin performance of the Service — by activating the account — the User acknowledges that they may lose their right of withdrawal. Further details and the cases in which a refund applies are set out in the Refund Policy and in Paddle's Buyer Terms.
12. Termination of the Contract
The User may delete their account at any time within the application. In the event of a serious breach (e.g. unlawful use, infringement of third-party rights), the Service Provider may suspend or terminate the User's access following prior notice.
13. Data processing
The detailed rules governing the processing of personal data are set out in a separate Privacy Policy.
14. Dispute resolution
These Terms and the legal relationship between the Service Provider and the User are governed by Hungarian law. The parties will primarily resolve disputes amicably. Paddle's own terms as Merchant of Record also apply to the payment transaction. In the event of a consumer dispute, the User may also turn to the competent consumer protection or dispute resolution body in their place of residence, including the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
15. Miscellaneous provisions
The Service Provider reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Terms, of which it will notify Users in advance. If the User does not accept an amendment, they are entitled to withdraw from the contract free of charge.
16. Contact
For any questions, we are available at info@tuzkempro.hu.
These Terms have been prepared to the best of the Service Provider's current knowledge. Before the international launch of the paid service, the final version, countersigned by a lawyer, will be published.
