Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective date: 6 July 2026

1. Free trial — before any payment

Tuzkempro offers a 7-day free trial, with no credit card required. This lets the User try the Service before paying anything. If the trial is not converted into a paid subscription, no charge is taken — so there is nothing to refund.

2. Monthly subscription — cancel anytime

The paid subscription renews automatically each month. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next renewal — from within your account, or via the management portal referenced in the payment confirmation sent by Paddle.

• After cancellation, the next cycle is not charged.
• The account stays active until the end of the cycle already paid for.

3. Refunds

If you are not satisfied, you can request a refund. Payment and refunds are handled by Paddle.com Market Limited as Merchant of Record, in accordance with its applicable Buyer Terms. Any approved refund is returned to the original payment method, typically within a few business days.

4. How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us at info@tuzkempro.hu, quoting your billing e-mail address and the Paddle transaction (order) ID. Refunds are handled through Paddle.

5. Consumer rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
