1. Sign-up and login

1.1 Sign-up

1.2 Login

1.3 On your first login

2. Settings

Open the Settings menu via the ⚙ gear icon on the right side of the header. This is the first and most important step — here you record the details that appear automatically in the header of your inspection reports.

2.1 Your own details (Inspector block)

FieldWhat you enterWhere it appears
Company nameThe name of the inspecting companyPDF/Word header, top-left corner
Inspector nameYour namePDF/Word and the signature line
Role / titlee.g. "fire safety specialist"Signature line
AddressRegistered officePDF footer
Phone, EmailContact detailsPDF footer
Tax numberCompany tax numberPDF footer
Registration numbere.g. professional-body ID, official credentialPDF footer

Tip: if you fill in the "Inspecting company name" field, it is added automatically to the header of new inspections.

2.2 Your signature

2.3 Company logos (up to 3 different ones)

2.4 Frequent participants

3. Profession customization

The word "Risk" and the levels are not the same for everyone — some people need all 5 levels, others are fine with 2–3. The app lets you rename the word "Risk" and the levels, and it also lets you set how many levels you use (2/3/4/5).

3.1 Setup

Examples by profession — the word "Risk" and the labels of the 5 levels can be rewritten freely. A few typical variations (the colors and the order do not change, only the text):

ProfessionInstead of "Risk"The 5 levels (example — freely editable)
Fire / occupational safety (default)Risk⚪ None · 🟢 Low · 🟡 Medium · 🟠 High · 🔴 Critical
HACCP / food safetyConformityCompliant · Recommendation · Minor deviation · Major deviation · Critical control point (CCP)
ISO auditConformityCompliant · Observation · Opportunity for improvement · Minor non-conformity · Major non-conformity
Regulatory inspectorDeviationNo deviation · Slight · Significant · Serious · Immediate action
Insurance loss adjusterLoss categoryNo loss · Slight · Moderate · Significant · Total loss
Site supervisor (construction)Defect / DeviationCompliant · Minor deviation · Deficiency · Serious deficiency · Work stoppage

All 5 levels are not mandatory — if 2–3 are enough for you, turn off the rest (see above). "Not applicable" always stays available.

3.2 Where it takes effect

The change appears EVERYWHERE at once:

3.3 Renaming the word "finding"

The word "finding" does not fit everyone either — some say "Deficiency", "Deviation" or "Observation". You can rewrite this too in one place.

Where the chosen word appears: in the finding-entry dialog (New…, edit, delete), in the header of the inspection's item list, in the PDF and Word inspection report, and in the dashboard metrics and the company-card badges.

A few compound/plural names (e.g. the name of the "Findings library" template collection) keep "finding" because a declined form of your custom word would read awkwardly in the interface. In the essential, client-facing places, however, the word you set is shown.

4. Adding companies and sites

4.1 One at a time

4.2 Adding a site to a company

4.3 Search

5. Bulk import (CSV — can be saved from Excel)

If you have many companies, sites or finding templates in a spreadsheet (Excel / Google Sheets), you can upload them all at once — saved as CSV (see the steps). 200 rows takes about 1 minute.

5.1 Where to find it

5.2 Step by step

  1. Download the template CSVs button in the blue instructions box → 3 files come down:

- cegek_sablon.csv — list of companies

- telephelyek_sablon.csv — sites (linked by the Company name column)

- hibasablonok_sablon.csv — templates that go into your own findings library

  1. Fill them in in Excel / Google Sheets / LibreOffice
  2. Save in CSV format (semicolon-separated)
  3. Upload — a separate button in each section (1./2./3.) to select the CSV file
  4. Preview — appears automatically: how many rows were found, whether there are any errors
  5. ⚠ IMPORTANT: you must separately press the red "START IMPORT" button at the BOTTOM of the screen — otherwise only the preview is shown and the actual import does not run!
  6. Success status: a green box shows the message ✅ Success: N companies, M sites, K finding templates
  7. F5 on the Findings library screen — the new template appears

5.3 Finding-template CSV details

Columns (5 of them):

ColumnRequired?Example
Title"Fire extinguisher inspection overdue"
Description"The inspection date is more than 12 months past."
RiskHigh (or: None / Low / Medium / High / Critical)
Category"Fire safety"
Legal reference"Reg. XY on fire protection, §204"

For a new finding the default value is "Not applicable" — in that case no risk level is attached to the finding, and it does not appear in the report either. If needed, you pick a level from the dropdown.

IMPORTANT — data protection: the finding templates you upload go into YOUR (and your team members') own findings library. No other Tuzkempro user can see them. They are available independently of any company — you can pull them into any inspection, for any company.

5.4 Company auto-create

6. Findings library

The findings library is a collection of recurring findings — e.g. an overdue fire extinguisher, a blocked escape route, and so on. During an inspection you can add these templates to the current inspection with a single click.

6.1 Where to find it

6.2 Adding a new template

6.3 Search

6.4 Grouping

6.5 Edit / delete

6.6 Automatic capture

7. Site inspection

7.1 Starting

- New, empty inspection

- Continue a previous inspection — you choose from the last 5 inspections, and the OPEN (not yet closed) findings carry over to the new inspection together with their photos and legal reference

7.2 Inspection header details

7.3 Saving

8. Recording findings

8.1 A new finding — two ways

(A) Individually (by hand):

(B) From a template:

8.2 Photos

8.3 AI legal-reference suggestion ⭐

If you do not have a firm legal reference, the app uses the built-in artificial intelligence to suggest 1–3 references to regulations/laws in force.

How to use it:

Allowances (per month):

Important: it only suggests legislation IN FORCE. It does NOT include repealed provisions. In case of doubt, verify against the official legal database.

8.4 Risk levels (customizable scale)

ColorLabel (default)When to use it
No riskA note, not a finding
🟢LowMinor, can be deferred
🟡MediumTo be fixed, but not urgent
🟠HighUrgent, serious risk
🔴CriticalImmediate action required

The labels can be rewritten in the Profession customization menu (see chapter 3).

When recording a new finding, the risk defaults to "Not applicable" — if the finding has a risk level, you pick it from the dropdown (the levels enabled in Settings + "Not applicable"). The scale is customizable: you can use 2/3/4/5 levels and rename them (see 3. Profession customization). If you add the finding from a template, the template's default risk comes in, but you can change it any time afterwards.

8.5 Status

8.6 Due date

9. Participants, signature and attachments

9.1 Your signature

9.2 Additional participants (max. 4 per inspection)

9.3 On-site signature

1. Finger/mouse directly on the screen

2. Upload a photo (a pre-made signature image)

3. Leave blank — then it does not appear in the signature line on the PDF

9.4 Signatures on the PDF

9.5 Attaching files to the end of the report (PDF / image / other)

You can attach an inspection report, a measurement protocol or any other file exported from your own system to the inspection — it is placed at the END of the generated Tuzkempro report, after an "Attachments" separator page. Useful for professionals who perform the detailed measurement / examination with their own system and produce the inspection summary through Tuzkempro:

Where to find it

Limits

What gets merged vs. what stays listed only

What your client receives

A single PDF that contains:

  1. The Tuzkempro report (findings + signatures)
  2. A red "ATTACHMENTS" separator page with the list of attached files
  3. The content of the attached PDFs / images on new pages

The signature certifies the Tuzkempro content; the attachment appears as an appendix — just like the appendices to an official report. You sign your own professional PDF (e.g. an electrical safety measurement) yourself in your own system, and it appears at the end of the Tuzkempro report, preserved in its original form.

10. Finalization

10.1 Closing

10.2 PDF / Word generation

- 📄 PDF — with color-coded risk markers, photos and signatures

- 📝 Word (.doc) — an editable version (HTML-based, opens in Word) if you want to fine-tune it afterwards

- 🔔 Calendar (.ics) — Google/Outlook/Apple Calendar imports it and reminds you 1 day before the due date + on the morning of the due date

10.3 Sending by email ✉

10.4 After finalization — how it looks

After finalization the inspection workspace changes status (Draft → Finalized), and the report is closed (version 1.0):

11. Other features

11.1 Overdue findings — never forget one again

- Most days overdue first

- Pale red (1–6 days) or strong red (7+ days) background

- Company → Site, Due date, "Overdue by N days"

11.2 Carrying over open findings for a follow-up inspection

When starting a new inspection you can choose whether to carry over the OPEN (not yet closed) findings from the previous inspection — so you do not have to re-record them at the follow-up:

11.2 Calendar reminder

11.3 Activity log (version tracking)

11.4 Trash (recycle bin)

11.5 Offline mode

- ☁ Online + sync OK

- ☁⏳ Sync in progress

- ☁✗ Offline (no connection)

11.6 Teamwork (Team / Pro / Enterprise)

- Admin — all permissions

- Editor — inspections, findings, reports

- Viewer — view only

12. Desktop office view (dashboard)

On a larger screen (desktop, laptop) Tuzkempro switches to a desktop office view: a fixed sidebar on the left from which you manage each client's full compliance in one place. The mobile field view stays unchanged — you run inspections there, and get the office overview here.

The desktop view appears automatically above roughly 1000 pixels of screen width; on a phone you get the familiar field view.

12.1 Dashboard

12.2 Company file (one client open)

Tapping a client shows ONLY that client's data, split into tabs — nothing is thrown together:

In the header of the company file, one button issues a Compliance PDF (which you can hand to the client or an auditor), and from here you also edit the company's details.

12.3 Document library and validity

12.4 Equipment register (inspection cycles)

12.5 Your own categories and types (customization)

At the bottom of the category and type dropdowns you find two extra rows to tailor the list to your own trade — you do not have to settle for the default categories:

Where to find it: at the categories of Documents and Equipment (in the company file AND in the sidebar's "Document library" / "Equipment" templates), at the qualification types under People, and at the types under Settings → "My own certificates".

Examples you can add:

12.6 Due tasks

12.7 Reminder emails (optional)

12.8 Tour and Help

12.9 Training module (in-house training and testing)

On the Training tab of the company file you can also run and document your employees' in-house training — for any field (in the Solo/Team/Pro/Enterprise plans).

13. Free trial, plans

13.1 Free trial (7 days)

13.2 After the trial ends — read-only mode

If your trial ends without payment, your account switches to read-only mode:

You can open and read:

Not possible (a yellow banner warns you):

Continuing: the banner's "Continue – choose a plan" button jumps to the checkout page. After choosing a plan your account is editable again IMMEDIATELY (real-time switch).

Data protection: all your data (companies, sites, inspections, reports, photos, findings library, signatures) stays intact in the read-only state. We never delete anything because of a missed payment.

13.3 Plans and pricing (monthly fee, euro)

Troubleshooting and common issues

"I see a new feature in the newsletter, but it is not in my app"

"The imported finding template does not appear in the Findings library"

"My company name is small on the PDF"

"When sending email, Outlook opens instead of Gmail"

"Can another Tuzkempro user see my findings library?"

14. Training module (online training)

With the Training module you can train your client's workers online: you put together a training course (learning material + a short test), send it out to them, they complete it on their own phone — with no app and no login — and the system produces a log and a signed certificate of it. You do not have to produce learning material or video yourself — you upload what you already have (PDF, image, video).

A new module, continuously expanding. Available in the desktop (office) view, from the Solo plan up.

14.1 Where to find it

14.2 Uploading the learning material

14.3 Questions and the test

14.4 Participants and assignment

Good luck with Tuzkempro!

In the app, the Help button opens this guide any time, and the Tour button restarts the interactive walkthrough.
