How much does it cost? Do I need a card for the trial?

The 7-day free trial starts with Solo features, no card required — at the end of day 7 you can pay for any plan. Plans and prices (monthly):

  • Basic — €39 / mo · 1 user · no AI
  • Solo — €79 / mo · 1 user · 100 AI legal-reference suggestions/mo
  • Team — €149 / mo · 5 users · 300 AI/mo
  • Pro — €289 / mo · 10 users · 600 AI/mo
  • Enterprise — custom quote · unlimited users · custom AI allowance

Payments are handled by Paddle (Merchant of Record); the final total and VAT are shown at checkout based on your country and tax status. Cancel anytime.

What is the difference between the Basic and Solo plans?

Both are single-user plans, and most features are identical: findings library, bulk CSV import, PDF/Word/email export, participant signatures, calendar export, finalization.

Solo (€79 / mo) adds three things on top of Basic (€39 / mo):

  • AI legal-reference suggestions (100 calls per month) — in Basic you enter the § manually;
  • Plan & marking wizard — not included in Basic;
  • 3 company logos on the report header (Basic handles 1 logo) — for the different headers of multiple clients.

The 7-day trial runs with Solo features — at checkout you choose between Basic and Solo.

Do I need to install anything?

No. The app runs directly in your browser — on phone, tablet and PC alike. You can add it to your home screen with one tap and use it like an app (iPhone Safari → Share → Add to Home Screen).

Does it work offline (at a site with poor signal)?

Yes. In a basement, machine room, warehouse or industrial area — anywhere without signal — changes are stored locally and sync automatically to the cloud when you reconnect. Not a single photo or finding is lost.

What does a finished report look like?

A professional PDF/Word format: your own company header, a color-coded list of findings by risk level, the related photos, date and signature. Exactly like a classic paper-based inspection report — only digital, and ready in minutes.

Where is my client data stored? Is it GDPR-compliant?

Your data is handled on Google Cloud infrastructure, under GDPR-compliant terms, encrypted. Every user gets their own isolated workspace — other users cannot see your data. SSL/TLS encryption protects the connection end to end.

Can several professionals work in one workspace (an engineering office)?

Yes, the team feature is already available — currently in testing. Several professionals from one office can work on the same client portfolio, with shared permissions and a separate signature per team member.

Can I bring over my existing client list?

Yes. Under Settings → „Import companies, sites and finding templates" you can upload companies, sites and finding templates at once from a CSV file (exported from Excel or Google Sheets). Each has its own CSV; only what you upload is imported. You can download the template CSVs from the app with sample rows.

Can I bring over my existing Excel findings library?

Yes. Under Settings → „Import companies, sites and finding templates" you can download the CSV template (5 columns: Title, Description, Risk, Category, Legal reference), fill it in Excel or Google Sheets, and upload it. 200 finding templates are in place in about 1 minute — no need to enter them one by one.

Can I search in my findings library?

Yes. A new search bar sits at the top of the findings library screen: it searches title, description, legal reference and category all at once. The full text is visible for every template — neither the description nor the legal reference is cut off.

Can other Tuzkempro users see my findings library?

No. Your findings library is your own collection (and your team members' if you have a team plan). No other Tuzkempro user can access it. The finding templates are available independently of any company — you can pull them into any inspection, for any company.

What happens if my trial expires without payment?

Your account switches to read-only mode: all your data (companies, sites, inspections, reports, photos, findings library) stays in place, and you can read / download your existing PDFs. However, you cannot create new reports or make changes. You can resume work anytime by choosing a plan — your account becomes editable again immediately.

Does it also produce a risk assessment (P×S×F)?

During the inspection you can assign a risk level to findings on a customizable scale (five levels by default: ⚪ No risk / 🟢 Low / 🟡 Medium / 🟠 High / 🔴 Critical; the number of levels can be 2–5 and their names are editable) — and the report includes this in a color-coded table. The detailed P×S×F multiplicative risk-assessment module is under development and will arrive in a later update.

Can I record only findings, or also the compliant (checked) items?

Not only findings. You can assign a risk level to every entry, and one of the levels is „No risk". So if you checked something and found it in order, you can record that too: you add the item and set it to „No risk" — it appears in the report as a checked, compliant point.

You can also rename the risk field and the five level labels in Settings to match your own profession's terminology. A few examples instead of the word „Risk": HACCP / ISO audit: „Compliance", regulatory inspector: „Non-conformity", insurance loss adjuster: „Loss category", technical inspector: „Defect / Deviation". You can rename the 5 level labels separately too (e.g. for regulatory: No non-conformity / Minor / Significant / Major / Immediate action; for a loss adjuster: No loss / Minor / Moderate / Substantial / Total loss) — the colors and the logical order stay the same, only the displayed text changes.

Can I add my own category or type?

Yes. For document and equipment categories, for the qualification types under People, and under Settings → „My own certificates" types, you'll find two extra rows at the bottom of the dropdown:

New category / New type — you add your own (e.g. „ISO certificates", „Calibration records", „Medical device", „Crane operator license", „ADR", „Work at height").
⚙️ Manage categories / types — rename or delete existing ones.

Data-safe: deleting only removes the item from the selection list — documents, equipment and qualifications already marked with it are kept. Renaming re-labels the existing ones too, so everything stays consistent.

Can the colleagues attending the inspection sign as well?

Yes, up to 4 participants can sign at the end of an inspection (site representative, plant manager, safety officer, etc.). You can add participants anytime — during the inspection or even BEFORE finalization, if it becomes clear along the way who will be present.

On-site signing with a finger on the tablet/phone, or by uploading a PNG/JPG image. In Settings you can save your frequent participants (name + role + email), so next time you can select them with one click.

On the report (PDF + Word), only the row of those who signed appears — no empty, professionally irrelevant space.

How do I send the finished report to the client?

After finalization the report is downloadable in PDF and Word format. The "Send" button opens your default email client (Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail) — you send it from your own email address, picking the recipient from your own address book.

The PDF is attached to the message, and the subject and body are filled in automatically: site address — inspection subject — report number → in Gmail it's easy to look up later by site address.

Why this way? Because the recipient sees your email address, not a gray system address — it's confidential and personal, and the reply comes directly to you.

Does it include artificial intelligence? Is the AI suggestion accurate?

Yes — Tuzkempro™ includes an AI legal-reference suggestion feature. From the description of the finding, the built-in AI suggests 1-3 references to the regulations/laws currently in force, describing what the given regulation covers.

What it's for: quick orientation — it saves time on manual legal research.
What it is NOT for: it does not replace the professional's judgment. The AI suggestion must always be reviewed by the professional before it goes into the report. If you notice an inaccuracy, you can dismiss the suggestion with a single click.

Why doesn't the AI give a specific section? To protect accuracy — guessing at the section level would be a serious professional error. Instead it gives a precise regulation-level reference + a detailed description of WHAT applies to the finding. Based on the description you can easily find the specific § in your country's official legal database.

Repealed regulations are explicitly excluded by the system — it will not accidentally suggest an old rule.

Quotas: Solo 100 / mo, Team 300 / mo (5 users shared), Pro 600 / mo (10 users shared). Enterprise: custom allowance.

Why isn't my company name on the PDF?

You can set the reporting company name in 2 places: (1) Settings → "My company name" (workspace-level default) and (2) Inspection editor → "Reporting company (on PDF header)" (inspection-specific). Both can be left empty, but fill in at least one, otherwise the PDF header won't show the company. New inspections automatically inherit the Settings company name.

Why is my company name small on the PDF?

If the company name is long (over 28 characters), it automatically appears in a smaller font so it stays on one line and doesn't wrap awkwardly. Very long names (over 38 characters) are smaller still. This way the header fits neatly next to the REPORT label and the logo.

Does the "Carry over open findings" option also transfer the old photos?

Yes — the old photos and the legal reference are carried over into the new report as well. The status resets to "New" (because we're starting the inspection over now), but the rest of the data (title, description, risk, due date, photos, legal reference) stays intact. This documents that the finding existed at the earlier inspection too — it hasn't been fixed yet.

Can I rename the word "Risk" to fit my own profession (e.g. "Compliance", "Deviation")?

Yes, on the Settings → "...rename field and levels" card you can rename the word "Risk" to your own:

  • HACCP: "Compliance"
  • Regulatory inspector: "Non-conformity"
  • Insurance loss adjuster: "Loss category"

The labels of the 5 levels separately too (default: No risk / Low / Medium / High / Critical). The change takes effect everywhere: in the app, on the PDF, in Word, in calendar reminders. Reset with 1 click.

Can I also rename the word "finding" to something else (e.g. "Deficiency", "Deviation", "Observation")?

Yes. Under Settings → Profession customization → the "The word »finding«" field you can change it to whatever is used in your profession (e.g. "Deficiency", "Deviation"). Default: "Finding".

The chosen word appears in the finding-entry dialog, in the inspection item list, in the PDF and Word report, and on the dashboard metrics — live, without a separate save. (A few compound names, such as "findings library", stay for language reasons.)

Can I leave the recipient email field empty when I send a report?

Yes. If you leave it empty, your default email client (Outlook, Apple Mail, Gmail app) opens with an empty "To" field — you pick who to send it to from your own address book. This is faster than typing the email address from memory.

How can I open Gmail instead of Outlook for sending reports?

This is a system-level default mail client setting:

  • Windows: Settings → Apps → Default apps → find the "Mail" app and choose Gmail. In Chrome you first need to allow the Gmail mailto handler: chrome://settings/handlers
  • iPhone: Settings → Mail → Default mail app → Gmail
  • Android: usually Gmail is already the default — nothing to do
How can I view the tutorial again?

Click the ? button in the header — the tutorial can be restarted anytime. It appears automatically for every new user on first sign-in. In a team, each member has their own marker (it appears even if a colleague has already seen it).

Is there a detailed user guide?

Yes — the detailed, step-by-step user guide covers every step from registration to the finished PDF report with real screenshots: Settings · Companies · Findings library · Inspection · Adding findings · AI legal-reference suggestions · Participants and signatures · Finalization · PDF/Word export · and more.

Besides the mobile-friendly web version it's also downloadable — email us (info@tuzkempro.hu) and we'll send it in PDF/Word format too if you'd like.

What if I accidentally delete something?

No problem. Every deleted item (company, site, inspection) goes to the Trash, from where it can be restored anytime. You can only delete it permanently from there, with a double confirmation — data loss is ruled out.

How can I get in touch with you?

At info@tuzkempro.hu — with any question, quote request or bug report.

Can it track the expiry of my clients' documents, equipment and workers' qualifications?

Yes. In the desktop Company file you store documents, equipment (with inspection cycle) and people's qualifications per client, in one place — each with an expiry date. The system flags what is valid, what expires within 30 days, and what has expired. With one click you hand over a compliance status report PDF to the client or the auditor.

Can it remind me before a periodic inspection or document expires?

Yes, optionally. You can turn on the expiry reminder email: you set how many days ahead it should notify (e.g. 30 and 15 days), about what (document / equipment), and to whom — yourself and/or directly the client. This way no deadline slips, and you look proactive toward your client too. Off by default — you decide whether to use it.

Can I create a marked plan on my own image (evacuation plan, damage record, anything)?

Yes, with the plan & marking wizard. You upload your own image or plan (floor plan, car, machine, area — anything), place your own symbols and markings from the built-in symbol catalog (you can upload your own symbol too), draw the route — and the print-ready, marked PDF is done, with no CAD/DWG and no annual symbol fee. E.g. an evacuation plan with a standard symbol set, or a vehicle damage record sheet. What's unique: you turn a missing or damaged sign into a report finding with one click. (From the Solo plan.)

Can I run online training for the client's workers?

Yes. With the Training module you assemble a training course (PDF, image or video material + a short test) and send it out to the workers by email. On their own phone — without an app or login — they go through the material, complete the test in a separate step, and sign with a finger. The system produces a printable log and a signed certificate (with the trainee's and your trainer signature). For recurring training it also tracks expiry and flags on the dashboard whose is coming due soon. (From the Solo plan, in desktop view.)

Can I upload the client's own training video?

Yes — PDF, image and video can all be uploaded as training material. You don't have to produce a video yourself: you upload whatever you (or the client) have, and the workers watch it on their phone too. Playback is unlimited and free for the workers.
